A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Southern California. I am one of a kind and bring a no-nonsense attitude in everything that I do. I have 18 years of residential financing experience with Purchase and Refinance money. I have been with Ladera Lending since 2012 and have been a key contributor to the company.
My focus is to establish long-term relationships with all my clients. I have a knack of being more hands on with my clients and go above and beyond when it comes to evaluating my customer’s entire financial position. I have many experiences to speak of, but what stands out is when I was able to generate a purchase loan after other lenders couldn't get it done. The previous lender was unable to accommodate a specific turn time requirement and I had to put my hard hat on to make something that seemed impossible possible. This scenario involved a veteran's appraisal coming in with several obstacles that needed attention prior to funding. I was able to successfully work with my client to clear all items and get their loan funded.
When I am out of the office, I choose to rest. I have recently involved myself in studying the art of Boxing, which helps fins the balance with my health.
