A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My name is Justin Alsabti. I was born in Houston, TX but have lived in various states across the U.S. However, I have found Southern California to be my home for the last 24 years. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping homeowners find solutions to meet their needs and goals, with a primary focus on Conventional, FHA, VA, Home equity lines of credit, purchase, and refinance on residential properties ranging from one to four units.
The value I add lies in helping my clients understand the big picture. I focus on creating a lifelong partnership with my clients, taking a more holistic approach to the process because I know it will ultimately benefit them. This involves not only lowering their monthly payments but also evaluating their entire financial position. I find fulfillment in knowing how much my clients are saving on their mortgage and am happy to be involved in a process that creates opportunities for people. Additionally, I am grateful to be a part of the purchase of a home, as it is both emotional and life-changing.
Over time, I’ve learned that what we do is really impactful on people’s lives. What inspires me is knowing that I am able to guide my clients through this major life decision. When I am not in the office, you can find me at the gym, on the slopes, or with my beautiful daughter somewhere outside.
