Jacqueline started in the mortgage industry after graduating from college, and like many in the industry immediately knew this would be her career. With nearly 20 years of experience, Jacqueline has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of mortgage lending- from Originations to Corporate Support functions. She has a strong commitment to the development of our employees, and the overall Ladera Lending experience.
Throughout her career, Jacqueline has served in key leadership roles and led initiatives to streamline the mortgage processes. She has successfully built out high performing teams to support national Consumer Direct platforms. The same remains true at Ladera Lending where Jacqueline drives initiatives focused on efficiency, execution, and risk management.
