A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I’m a Southern California based mortgage professional and sales manager for Ladera Lending, a direct lender located in Southern Orange County. With more than 8 years of mortgage industry experience coupled with over 10 years of legal practice, I have been advising clients in various areas of finance and real estate since 2003.
The value I add is the ability to bring a true consultative approach to loan origination. This starts by fulfilling my role as a fiduciary and treating each and every client with the utmost respect and integrity they deserve. From there, spending meaningful time to properly understand the clients' goals, educating them on the various products, processes and guidelines governing the transaction at hand and finally providing them with working solutions to best achieve their financial objectives. In doing so, the clients are then able to make the best and most informed decision with confidence that the information provided was honest, accurate and customized with their best interest at heart.
Something or someone who inspires me is my father. My father was extremely hard working and carried two jobs for most of his career and worked what seemed to be endless hours to provide a better life for me and my older sibling. That relentless dedication to family inspires me to do the same for my two young children. It is the reason why I get up every morning and approach each day with the mindset of always wanting to provide and constantly improve. When I am not in the office you can find me playing with my two young kids, getting a tennis match in with good friends or searching for rare collectible sneakers.
