A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Colten was born and raised in Southern California. He joined the Ladera Lending team almost 10 years ago and has been a key contributor to the leadership team and in the growth of Ladera Lending over the years. His experience and knowledge over all areas of the lending process has allowed him to take on a wide range of roles with the Company, including a Loan Officer, Processing Manager, and currently our Secondary Marketing Manager.

When Colten is not in the office, you can find him spending most of his time with his wife and 2 kids. They enjoy going to Legoland or playing soccer or baseball at the park.
